Leyton Orient booked a home clash with Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round by beating Derby 6-5 on penalties after the teams had drawn 1-1 after extra-time at Brisbane Road.

Derby County bowed out of the FA Cup in the Third Round as the Rams’ tie with Leyton Orient was settled via penalties at the Gaughan Group Stadium on Tuesday night. Charlie Kelman gave Orient the lead from close range in the 20th minute, but Derby responded four minutes later as an incisive attack was finished off by Dajaune Brown in the box.

This is the third FA Cup meeting between Leyton Orient and Derby County – the O's won 3-0 in March 1963, before the Rams progressed 2-1 in a third round replay in 1974-75. This will be just the third meeting between Leyton Orient and Derby in the 21st century, with the Rams winning both League One games 3-0 last season.
