A mother of a two-month-old baby girl has died after being 'ejected' or 'thrown' from a golf cart, according to police in Annapolis

The women, Mary Beth Biasetti, had just become a new mother only two months prior to the shocking incdent was described by friends and loved ones as "a superstar"

Another woman, who was driving the golf cart, was uninjured in the incident. Police said it appeared to be an accident but an investigation is ongoing.

A woman suffered "life-threatening" injuries after she was involved in a golf cart accident, police said. She died in the hospital two days later.

A 32-year-old new mother died after being ejected from a golf cart, Anne Arundel County police said, an incident that has shaken a tight-knit community near of Annapolis.

According to The New York Post, citing a report from WJZ, 32-year-old Mary Beth Blasetti, a wife and mother of a two-month-old girl, died two days after she was involved in a crash near a members-only golf course in Annapolis, Maryland.

Police say that something occurred to the golf cart while it was being operated that caused the passenger, Mary Blasetti, 32, to be thrown from the vehicle, according to Marc Limansky, spokesperson for Anne Arundel Police.
