Telesco had a strong draft last April, but didn't draft or sign the franchise-changing quarterback the Raiders so badly need.

The Raiders are doing a complete house cleaning this offseason. Following a disappointing 4-13 season, they have fired GM Tom Telesco. This move is a bit of a surprise. Telesco was just hired last offseason and, unlike some GM/HC hires, was not tied to Antonio Pierce who was also fired after one season.
