Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to meet with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and hopes to also huddle with Donald Trump when he arrives in the United States in days to present his "victory plan" on how to end the nearly two-year war with Russia, Bloomberg reported.

Zelenskyy said the victory plan has a list of concrete and necessary steps Kyiv needs its partners to fulfill by year end.

Ukraine's "victory plan" in the war against Russia depends on quick decisions being taken by allies this year, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday during a visit by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

The Victory Plan, this bridge to strengthening Ukraine, can contribute to more productive future diplomatic meetings with Russia,” Zelenskiy told reporters in a briefing on Friday. “Russia should see it.

"The most important thing now is the determination to implement it," President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his evening address on Sept. 18.

Russia on Friday dismissed a "victory plan" elaborated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy as a gambit to keep the West onside and said it had nothing to do with the search for a diplomatic or political solution to end the war.
