Almost everybody assumes Billy Napier is going to lose his job. Until that happens, how do Napier and Florida football carry on as usual?

The Florida Gators (1-2, 0-1 SEC) dropped to 12-16 under Napier following a 33-20 loss to Texas A&M on Saturday at The Swamp. Florida also lost 41-17 to Miami in its opener and trailed by as many as 28 points in the second half against Miami and 26 points in the second half against TAMU.

It's not everything, but it certainly is something. Billy Napier was a great head coach at Louisiana, but he's being eaten alive in his third year at Florida. Nick Saban seems to feel bad for him, as he identified Florida's biggest problem isn't Napier.
