HILLSIDE – State troopers are investigating a crash Monday night on the Garden State Parkway that left several people injured. Around 9:55 p.m. troopers responded to reports of a crash on the Garden State Parkway Exit 142 B ramp, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.

A serious crash was reported Sunday afternoon, Sept. 8 on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River.The NJDOT site says only that two right lanes were closed as of 1:15 p.m. on the southbound side for a crash with injuries.

Two people were hospitalized Thursday following single-vehicle crash into a guardrail on the Garden State Parkway in Essex County, authorities said. The crash occurred about 4:25 a.m. in the northbound lanes near milepost 150.

The crash happened just before midnight on Saturday on the northbound side of the parkway in Woodbridge Township.

One man was transported to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident. When first responders arrived at the intersection of West 26th and Sassafras streets around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, they found a box truck traveling east along West 26th Street had collided with an SUV heading south on Sassafras.

Three people were killed just before midnight in a car accident on the Garden State Parkway Saturday night, authorities said.
