A mother of a two-month-old baby girl has died after being 'ejected' or 'thrown' from a golf cart, according to police in Annapolis

The women, Mary Beth Biasetti, had just become a new mother only two months prior to the shocking incdent was described by friends and loved ones as "a superstar"

Another woman, who was driving the golf cart, was uninjured in the incident. Police said it appeared to be an accident but an investigation is ongoing.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WBFF) — A 32-year-old woman died following an incident involving a golf cart, according to Maryland authorities. Police officers were called to the 600 block of Maid Marion Hill in Annapolis on Saturday. There Anne Arundel County Fire Department were assisting an injured person.

A woman suffered "life-threatening" injuries after she was involved in a golf cart accident, police said. She died in the hospital two days later.

Mary Beth Blasetti was riding in the passenger seat of a golf cart last weekend when she fell out of the vehicle, likely when going from a grassy area onto pavement, police spokesman Marc Limansky said. Police did not identify the 32-year old driver.

Police say that something occurred to the golf cart while it was being operated that caused the passenger, Mary Blasetti, 32, to be thrown from the vehicle, according to Marc Limansky, spokesperson for Anne Arundel Police.
