GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Highway Patrol closed Interstate 29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border due to blowing snow, icy road conditions, and near-zero visibility.
Additionally, a winter weather advisory is set for dozens of counties in eastern North Dakota and northern Minnesota.
GRAND FORKS – A winter weather advisory has been issued for eastern North Dakota and portions of western Minnesota. The National Weather Service made the announcement Thursday afternoon, to take effect at 6 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, and lasting through 9 p.m. Friday.
