Valve’s handheld PC has a lot in common with Nintendo’s upcoming console

Here's how the Nintendo Switch 2 compares to Valve's Steam Deck, including a closer look at specs, features, and games for both gaming handhelds.

Nintendo's Switch 2 isn't competing with PC gaming and the Steam Deck, at least not directly, and trying to pit these two handhelds against each other in a straight fight is pointless.

The Switch 2 might not rival the Steam Deck when it comes to power in the end, but that's not what makes Ninty's latest handheld one to watch.

The Nintendo Switch 2 has been revealed, although the information is still thin. But there's one thing we do know: It looks like a larger version of the existing Switch. You might find it underwhelming.

This is actually a feature of the Lenovo Legion Go, rather than the Steam Deck. But the Steam Deck is a better handheld than the Legion Go, and since the Switch 2’s lack of improvised mouse sensors make it worse than the Legion Go, that means it’s also worse than the Steam Deck.
