The U.S. attorney is expected to announce new charges in the deadly Seminole County carjacking investigation on Thursday morning.

If the dog owner does not give the county permission, once the 10-day quarantine passes the county will euthanize both dogs.

Deputies said they arrested a Florida woman on Wednesday for aggravated battery on a pregnant person and shoplifting. Officials have been searching for the woman for several weeks.
