According to reports, Rohit Sharma is set to travel to Pakistan for a photoshoot with the ICC Champions Trophy.

A PCB source has said that it is awaiting communication from the ICC on the schedule of the customary captains' photo-shoot and the pre-event press conference, which is to be held in Pakistan.

Pakistan has proposed the opening ceremony of the Champions Trophy in Karachi on February 17 with high hopes of the Indian captain Rohit Sharma to attend a photo session and the International Cricket Council chairman Jay Shah gracing the occasion.

The BCCI had earlier refused to send the Indian team to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 due to security reasons. It will be interesting to see if BCCI allows Rohit Sharma to travel to Pakistan for pre-tournament activities.
