AMHERST - Two Canada geese found dead on the UMass Amherst campus recently have tested positive for avian flu, the school said Tuesday. This comes after dozens of geese died of suspected bird flu in Plymouth,

Bird flu is the suspected culprit after more than 60 geese, swans and ducks were found sick or dead in a Plymouth pond called Billington Sea.

State officials have said that they will begin lab tests of the removed birds from Billington Sea to determine their official cause of death.
